About us

We were born out of passion for creating stories. Our journey began by co-creating the agency with leading Polish influencers – Stuart Burton and Veronica Bielik. We are distinguished by our individual approach to creators as well as to companies for which we tailor integrated campaigns. We create stories for our clients, take care of the image of our influencers and inspire millions of people who watch every step they take.

Stuart Kluz-Burton

Co-Founder & Influencer

One of the biggest influencers in Poland. His career began on YouTube where he quickly gathered a large following. Now he is among the top Polish creators on the platform. On Instagram, where he posts his styling regularly, he was the first male influencer in Poland to reach 1 million followers. Currently, Stuart co-owns four companies, including Forma i Siła gym and Spotlight Agency, which he co-founded. He is also launching his music career and is about to publish his first album.

Veronica Bielik

Co-Founder & Influencer

One of the biggest Polish influencers. Veronica is an ambassador of top fashion brands, including New Balance Poland and Guess. Her Instagram profile is managed in two languages - Polish and English. Most of her followers live in the US and UK.

Wojciech Szaniawski

Co-Founder

Owner of three marketing companies and founder of Arskom Group - leading sport marketing agency in Poland. An expert in personal branding and public relations. Co-creator of integrated campaigns for the biggest international corporations in sport, tech and business industries. Managed the European football federation UEFA and worked as a journalist/publisher for top Polish media outlets. He holds a master’s degree in management with specialisation in e-business and image creation. Consultant, coach and marketing lecturer at Warsaw universities: University of Warsaw and Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.

Rafał Romaniuk

CEO

Graduate of University of Warsaw and Warsaw School of Economics. He has been working in the media industry since 2006. Rafał started his career at The Times Poland, where he was deputy head of sports department. He worked as a journalist for Przegląd Sportowy, then as the head of the football department, deputy editor-in-chief and head of the Internet department. Later, as a managing director, Rafał was responsible for the sports segment of the Onet-RAS Group, which included magazines Przegląd Sportowy and Sport and services eurosport.onet.pl, przegladsportowy.pl and ekstraklasa.tv. Currently, he is the CEO of marketing companies which are part of the Atlantis Angels Group: Arskom, Sportbrokers and Spotlight Agency. He is also a co-owner of Prime Number - a company specializing in comprehensive financial services for corporate clients.

Olivia Drost

Managing partner

Graduate of the Institute of Journalism at the University of Warsaw and the London School of Economics and Political Science. She studied Indonesian language at the Jakarta Polytechnic on a scholarship from the Indonesian Ministry of Science and Culture. Olivia received the President's Education Awards Program award for her scientific achievements from US President Barack Obama (2012). A journalist by education and profession, but above all - driven by passion. She won the main prize in the Maciej Szumowski reportage competition by TVN and Polska Press Group (2015) and a distinction in the competition by the Association of Polish Journalists for the best reportage in the social journalism category (2016). For 4 years Olivia has been working with Onet and for 2 years she has been preparing materials for Indonesian CNN. Olivia has also published, among others, in National Geographic Poland, Wprost, Wirtualna Polska and Gazeta Wyborcza. Since January 2019 she has been a managing partner at Spotlight Agency. Olivia visited 24 countries on 4 continents. She is in love with Southeast Asia, especially Indonesia, where she lived for a year.

Marta Szymańska

Strategy Manger

Graduate of economics at the Poznań University of Economics and postgraduate of project management and intellectual property protection. Has 12 years of experience in sports and entertainment industries. During this time Marta managed some of the largest consulting projects in sponsoring strategies and branding. Since 2017 she has been the director responsible for the development of Arskom Group’s image products and the development of strategic cooperation with Sony Music Poland. She focuses on a multidisciplinary approach to work and her own development. Therefore her area of interest ranges from photography and travel to entrepreneurship and tax law.

Dominika Jaworska - Mylik

Influencer Manager

Graduate of Business Management at the Middlesex University in London. After coming back to Poland Dominika worked as a Sales Manager at a number of major Warsaw-based start-ups. Passionate about social media, modern communication channels and fashion.
Always keen to learn - her personal motto is ``If you're the smartest one in the room, you're in the wrong room.``

Karolina Rustecka

Junior Influencer Manager

She has experience in PR agencies and organizing events. Karolina is very satisfied with challenges such as planning communication strategies.
In 2018 she co-organized TEDxWarsaw and was the head of the event experience teams at TEDxSGH and TEDxWarsawWomen.
Karolina loves design in all forms - from lettering and graphic design to interior design.
She loves travelling, Spanish culture, Mexican cuisine, sports, music and cinema.
